About Me

Welcome to my page!

I’ll start off by telling you a bit about myself.

I’ve always been interested in math and science, but it wasn’t until I started applying to universities that I thought about engineering. Math, science, technology? These were fields I actually enjoyed in school… so I decided: Electrical Engineering. That was what I wanted to do.

So I did! I’ve been studying it for the past four years. I’m learning more every day, and there is much more knowledge I hope to gain in the years to come. I’ve been doing everything I can to gain more experience in my field, and that includes internships or co-ops! I completed two internships during my undergraduate, as well as working with my professors in two research projects at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I’m interested in entry level opportunities involving hardware development, software development, or embedded systems. In both of my internships I worked with teams that focused on Agile and Scrum for staying organized. I currently have experience working with software such as C, C++, MATLAB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, Assembly, Unity, Cordova, AngularJS, Git, Altium Designer, openFrameworks, and Microsoft Office. In hardware, I have experience in PCB design, schematic design, Verilog, RTL, Validation, and Soldering–and I’m hoping to expand these lists, as well as gain more proficiency in my current skills.

After having worked with augmented reality (AR) during my first internship at NASA Kennedy Space Center, my interest in the AR field has skyrocketed! I’m constantly learning more about this new and expanding field, and I hope to continue working in it and participate in developing awesome new products!

Check out my resume here, and feel free to reach out to me if you know of any opportunities that would be the right fit for me.

I’m currently located in metro Detroit, but I’m open to relocating. I’m also interested in international opportunities!

Outside of my studies and career life, I spend my time traveling and experiencing new things. I’ve been to seventeen different countries, and all over America, but there is so much more to see! I’m always planning my next trip, usually with my siblings, who share a love of travel with me. I’m a big foodie, but I also enjoy working out and living a healthy lifestyle. In my free time I love cooking, baking, and playing my ukulele.
